Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has introduced a link on its website to allow those who have taken both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to access their vaccination certificates.

In a post on its Twitter page the Ministry said it has “launched a weblink on its website where certificates of completing the 2nd dose of COVID-19 vaccine can be downloaded or printed.”

When you access the link, you can see the below instructions:

- In order to receive your COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate, you must have taken full course of the COVID-19 Vaccine as per the correct protocol and 7 days must have passed.

- In order to use this service, you will need to login using your National Authentication System (NAS) Tawtheeq username (usually the QID) and password. In case you did not use your QID, additional information will be requested to authenticate identification.

- If you don't have a NAS Account, you can create one on the following link: https://www.nas.gov.qa/self-service/register/select-user-type?lang=en

- If you forgot your NAS Account credentials, you can reset your password on the following link: https://www.nas.gov.qa/self-service/reset/personal?lang=en

The certificates can also be accessed through your MyHealth app.

Qatar launched the first phase of its nationwide COVID-19 vaccination campaign in December 2020.

During this phase, three priority groups are eligible for vaccinations. These include: 1. People aged 60 years and above. 2. People with severe chronic conditions. 3. Healthcare workers with repeated exposure to COVID-19.

As it continues rolling out the first phase of its nationwide COVID-19 campaign, MoPH recently introduced a new service for the public to sign-up for the COVID-19 vaccine.

The service enables you to register with the Ministry “your interest to take the COVID-19 vaccine, and if you are in one of the first priority groups, enable you to request an appointment to take the vaccine.”

“Even if you are not in one of the listed priority groups, your interest to take the vaccine will be recorded and saved by the MOPH, and you will be contacted when you are eligible,” MoPH had said earlier.

Here's how you can register for the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Ministry also reminded the public about these important points to remember when deciding to take the vaccine.
