Marking a significant milestone for Qatar, the National COVID-19 Vaccination Program has been able to reach over 2 million people in the country.

The announcement was made by the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) via its Twitter account yesterday, thanking everyone who has taken the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Ministry urged individuals who have yet to be vaccinated to act now and protect themselves and their families, in addition to helping Qatar return to normal.

MoPH explained that you can book your appointment now to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. A total of 4,287,922 vaccine doses have been administered so far via the vaccination program.

Furthermore, Qatar has announced the approval of the third dose of COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna) for those suffering from specific immunodeficiency diseases.
