The Philippine Embassy in Qatar has announced the launch of the BLS International-Philippine Passport Renewal Center (PaRC), which will start serving Filipino expats today.

The Embassy pointed out that the new passport center will offer Filipinos the option to process the renewal of their passport at the Embassy or the PaRC.

Moreover, the PaRC will only cater to the simple renewal of the passport and will not offer services related to any changes in the biographic details of the passport holder.

Applicants can start booking appointments at the newly launched PaRC, as the center’s guidelines state that individuals will be required to book an appointment for the renewal of passports.

Once an appointment has been made, the applicant will receive an email concerning the date and time of the appointment.

Furthermore, PaRC is located at Al Shoumoukh Towers, 17th floor, Building 58, 231 Suhaib Bin Hamad Street, Zone 23, Doha, Qatar.

The new center will be open throughout the week from Sunday to Saturday (8 AM to 8 PM) and will be closed during the official holidays.

After the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, Qatar is the third location in the Gulf area where the Philippine government has established a PaRC to serve the requirements of the Filipino community.
