In a show of immense pride and elation, scores of Qatar residents and citizens, came together tonight to welcome their beloved national team, champions of the AFC Asian Cup 2019.
The Asian Football heroes arrived in Qatar earlier tonight and were extended a hearty welcome by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani and other members of the Royal family.
HH The Amir greeted each player with sincere affection, sharing the stage with the ecstatic victors and a jubilant crowd at the airport to sing Qatar’s national anthem.

Qatar made history yesterday as it crushed four-time winners Japan 3-1 in an electrifying final, winning their first maiden AFC Asian Cup trophy.

While the crowds stood cheering, the city police shared several giveaways with the public that amplified the crowd’s zeal.
Embracing an unmatched spirit of nationalism and pride, the people of Doha donned Qatari flags, colored their faces with the national colors and celebrated to the tune of the national songs amid an anxious wait to see the triumphant team and the coveted Cup.
The jubilant national heroes arrived amid a roaring crowd displaying the trophy and boosting the national spirit shared by one and all. As they made their way through the pool of euphoric people, fireworks went off in the backdrop creating an even more magical experience for those on the scene.

The rally saw numerous Qatari flags hoisted up in the air by people who came with an energy that only increased by the second.
The team addressed the brilliantly supprotive crowd, thanking the nation for their love and support.
