The German magazine "Der Spiegel" presented a ranking of the countries that responded best to the coronavirus outbreak.
Qatar came in 15th place and was the only Arab country to be featured in the rankings. Moreover, Finland ranked first in the overall rankings.
Luxembourg was ranked second, followed by Norway and Denmark, and Taiwan, which was ranked sixth overall and first outside of Europe.

No country entered the Der Spiegel classification except for Qatar in the Arab world, which was ranked ahead of Canada, and superior to a number of developed countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom, which did not enter the classification.
The Gulf Cooperation Council's (GCC) Statistical Center rated Qatar first in the list of countries most cured of the coronavirus, with 81 percent of confirmed cases, while the Gulf countries as a whole achieved 72 percent of total confirmed cases, compared to the world's recovery rate of 50 percent.
