Qatar's young sporting stars are making waves with their stellar performances across the globe.
In the latest such achievement, Qatari swimmer Tamim Mohammed earned a gold medal at the 14th Arab Swimming Championships (age groups competitions).

Mohammed won the 50-meter butterfly at the competition that began yesterday in Rabat, Morocco and will go on until August 7.

Meanwhile, Qatari swimmers Abdulaziz Al Obaidli and Fares Al Saidi ended their participation in the first round of the 2019 Swimming World Cup in Tokyo.
Ammar Ashraf and Karim Salama will participate in the second round of the tournament, which will be held in Jinan, China, from August 8 to 10, while Yacoub Al Khulaifi and Yousef Al Khulaifi will take part in the third round in Singapore from 15 to 17 of the same month.
