Qetaifan Island North lies within the exciting city of Lusail, located just to the north of Doha, attracting family and tourists alike with its promise of a more luxurious and futuristic lifestyle.

WaterPark

The Icon Tower, the highest water slide in the world (85 meters), is a distinct zone in the water park.

With over 345 rooms, exotic sea views, private beaches, chalets, and unique room designs, the hotels surrounding the water park is a welcome haven for residents and visitors in Qatar.

The hotels will also host several events, leisure activities, services and facilities such as spas, gyms, ballrooms, restaurants, and cafes.

Residential Villas and Apartments

The island presents a first-class residential community, consisting of beach villas characterized by spectacular waterfront views and residential apartments, duplexes and penthouses overlooking the spectacular sea views across the marina, housed within the South Mid-rise buildings, the South High-rise towers, and the West High-rise towers. It’s also worth mentioning that QIN grants Non-Qataris freehold ownership of the properties.

The residential villas are separated into two precincts: North Villas and East Villas. The original North Villas comprised 56 serviced villa plots; including direct beach access villas, waterfront, and garden view villas. A newly launched phase of North Villas includes a total of 40 serviced villa plots including beach access villas, waterfront, garden view, and for the first-time, villas overlooking Qetaifan Island North’s Linear Canal. The East Villas encompass a total of 51 serviced villa plots, adding to the luxuriousness of this sought-after location.

The Linear Park connects to all the sections of Qetaifan Island North. The artificial salt canal connected to the sea allows visitors to go fishing, boating, and experience unique family-friendly cultural activities.

Beach Club

The beach club is the first component planned for completion. The clubhouse has several exciting and fun activities for the whole family.

It is a family-friendly luxury club and the waterfront attraction of the island. It features a white sand beach, infinity pool, restaurant, cabanas, spa, gym, and a kids area.

The island’s Sales Center and Qetaifan Projects offices are located at the beach club’s building.

Qetaifan Island North’s premium residences by ELIE SAAB

Qetaifan Projects and Dar Al Arkan, a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia, have recently signed an agreement to develop exclusive residential units, Les Vagues, designed by the world-renowned designer ELIE SAAB on Qetaifan Island North.

The project is set to begin in Q2 2022, with a revenue over QAR 1BN.
