Rain and thunderstorms possible across parts of Qatar through Wednesday

Parts of Qatar could experience rainfall over the coming days, according to the latest update from the Qatar Meteorology Department.

The department said there are chances of local cloud formation that may bring rain to some areas from Sunday, October 11, until Wednesday, October 14, 2026.

Thunderstorms possible Tuesday

The weather could become thundery over some areas on Tuesday, October 13, although conditions are expected to vary across the country.

The forecast indicates localised conditions rather than continuous or nationwide rainfall, meaning some areas may experience rain while others remain dry.

Residents are encouraged to continue checking official weather updates as conditions develop.
