The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) has announced a series of webinars that will outline the Hayya Card process for fans planning to attend the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

As per the schedule, the webinars will begin on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, where the team will cover Hayya benefits, the fan journey, the registration process, accommodation, and support. The webinars will also cover a detailed integration with the user's accommodation status, depending on whether they are a resident, visitors, or day trip applicants.

The Hayya card is mandatory for all ticket holders who are planning to attend the tournament as it is acting as an entry permit to Qatar for fans and providing access to tournament sites, including the FIFA Fan Festival, and also the stadiums. In addition to this, it will also act as a free public transport pass, among other benefits, throughout the tournament.

Saeed Al Kuwari, Hayya Operations Director, said: “Thousands of fans from across the world have already successfully applied for Hayya. These webinars have been organized to help those fans who still have questions about the process and to help smooth their applications.”

The webinars will be in English and Arabic and registration is required first, which will be followed by an invitation link.
