It can be done through either by a transfer to the recipient’s bank account, or for those local in Qatar, you have the option to withdraw cash at any Commercial Bank ATM, without needing a debit or a credit card.

Commercial Bank customers can now login to Internet Banking or Mobile Banking app (CBQ Mobile) and follow these steps:

- Select "Send e-Gift" under Transfers

- Enter receiver details

- Enter the cash amount, occasion greeting message, and delivery mode

The e-Gift feature is designed to deliver the joy of giving and receiving gifts, with the sender and the recipient both receiving a personalised message, surprising them with a nice cash gift.
