If you are free this weekend, it will be a good idea to check out the Spring Festival, which kicked off at the Souq Waqif in Doha and the Al Wakrah Market, yesterday.   

The Spring Festival, which is being held by the Organising Committee of the Private Engineering Office, is set to run until January 4, reported Qatar Tribune.

The festival features some entertainment events for families, including circus shows, volleyball games and animal shows.

Fun public performances by clowns from different countries are one of the highlights of the Spring Festival.

Visitors at Souq Wakif in Al Wakra can enjoy water games including kayaking and boating. Children will get to enjoy games with family, including inflatable rides as well as horse and camel shows and pony rides.

The Spring Festival at Souq Waqif and Souq Waqif at Al Wakra will be open to the public every day from 3.30 pm to 10pm.
