Be careful when you venture out in Qatar today, as the weather will continue to be yellow and dusty, with strong hot winds.
Qatar Meteorology Department tweeted that satellite images show a dust wave over the country affecting visibility, which now ranges from 2 to 6 km. The climate is expected to return to normal by afternoon.
Meanwhile, its daily report forecast that the weather inshore until 6 pm on Sunday will be slight dust to dusty at places and hot with scattered clouds at times. The department warned of expected with strong wind at places and poor visibility.

Offshore, it will be dusty and partly cloudy, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high seas.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly to northerly 10 to 18/22 knots at places. Offshore, it will be southeasterly at first, shifts to northwesterly 13 to 23 knots, reaching 27 knots at times.
Visibility will be 04 to 08/02 kilometers or less at some spots.
Inshore, the sea state will be 2 to 4 feet, while offshore it will be 4 to 6 feet, reaching 8 feet at times.
