Three Lusail landmarks win international architecture awards

Three major developments in Lusail have received international architecture awards, highlighting the city’s growing profile in contemporary urban design and development.

The recognised projects are Lusail Boulevard, Al Sa’ad Plaza and The Seef, all developed by Qatari Diar.

The honours span mixed-use architecture and high-rise development, reflecting the different approaches shaping Lusail’s evolving urban landscape.

Lusail Boulevard wins in mixed-use category

Lusail Boulevard was named a winner in the Mixed-Use Building category.

The boulevard has become one of Lusail’s most recognisable urban destinations, combining commercial, hospitality, residential and public spaces within a pedestrian-oriented city setting.

Its architecture and streetscape form an important part of central Lusail, creating a corridor designed for both everyday activity and major public events.

Al Sa’ad Plaza recognised for high-rise architecture

Al Sa’ad Plaza received an award in the Skyscrapers / High-Rise category.

The development is distinguished by its group of tall towers and contemporary architectural form, contributing significantly to Lusail’s waterfront skyline.

The recognition places the project among internationally acknowledged examples of high-rise design.

The Seef earns mixed-use award

The Seef was also recognised in the Mixed-Use Building category.
