It’s the season to fall in love with Karak and the beauty that Qatar is. Even though something is going on all year round, it's the winter season that is full of opportunities for those who like a casual stroll outdoors. Therefore, QL brings to you their top 5 Karak spots in the country!
Wakra Beach

One of the easiest beaches to access via car, you just need to head 10 mins away from Doha and grab yourself a Karak from the hustling market of Wakra. Drive up to the beach or even make a stop at the Waqra Souq if you’re looking not looking to drive into the market. The beach will be more secluded but the charm of Waqra Souq remains!
Bandar, Al Corniche

Bandar is a famous stop for those who know and have been in Doha for years. Usually referred to as the port, Bandar gives you the most glorious views of the skyline from the corniche. Just drive straight ahead of the Banana Island Resort’s reception and you will come across the view from Bandar. Get your Karak or even an egg sandwich from the canteen nearby and choose your spot!
Katara Cultural Village

Chapati & Karak has kiosks near the amphitheater and their own little shop at the beginning of the cultural buildings in Katar as well. It is best to grab a meetha paratha and a Karak as you enjoy your walk in the streets of Katara, taking in all the special nooks and corners of the place. Carts are also available to take you from one stop to the other but we’d highly recommend taking advantage of this weather!
Souq Waqif

Oh, the glorious souq! The second you enter souq waqif, you can simply take in the whiff of the various cuisines and the fresh kehwas and karaks being made. You can either buy your karak from Tea Time and scroll through the souq or the bazaar inside or even the gold souq on the side and enjoy this companionship of sipping the ultimate drink in the most popular place in the country!
Hotel Park

You most likely recognize Hotel Park from all the activities that go there. But, did you know that there are kiosks there for snacks and karaks that you can enjoy as you climb atop the hills and see the skyline from a completely different view? In addition, if you’re taking your kids, there are trains, rides, and cycles for rent that can keep them busy as you sip your way through the day!
