Two significant and captivating are still ongoing at the Museum of Islamic Art that will take you toward the route of self discovery. The exhibitions "Your Brain to Me, My Brain to You" by internationally famous Swiss artist Pipilotti Rist and A Sneak Peek at Qatar Auto Museum Project will run until December 20 and January 20, 2023, respectively. Both are free of charge but to be booked on the NmoQ website for the first exhibit only.
"Your Brain to Me, My Brain to You" is Rist's first video installation in the Middle East, and it will take visitors on a multi-sensory journey of self-discovery that will inspire introspection and amazement. Highlighting the importance of Mental health, the program was organized by NMoQ in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health and Hamad Medical Corporation.
Rist's "pixel forest," which consisted of 12,000 LED lights stretched on wires across the gallery, is the first section of the show. These represent neurons which constantly fire and communicate with each other. The pulsing resin-encased bulbs are programmed in coordination with a soundscape that features abstract footage of Qatar’s landscape.
“I want that people see themselves, that they think when they go in, they did it themselves or it reminds them of certain moods and they feel themselves mirrored [through the LED lights]. All of that – it’s actually my brain, it’s me there; that would be my main vision.”, said Artist Pipilotti.

Then there's a black canvas chamber where you can write or draw your feelings and thoughts using a glow in the dark marker. Following that is the program's area, which features a looping film about mental health. Exercises in meditation and breathing will be provided for group visits.
A Sneak Peek at the Qatar Auto Museum Project discusses what the public may expect from the Qatar Auto Museum (QAM), which will be housed in the old Doha Exhibition Center building at Al Gassar. The indoor display features three iconic vintage cars which are 1936 Ferrari 250 GTO Berlinetta, 1936 Pontiac Plexiglass Deluxe Six “Ghost Car,”, and the 1949 Delahaye 175 S Roadster.

"What we are exhibiting here is the concept design, which is the second stage of the project" stated QAM Acting Director Dr. Alkindi Aljawabra.
They also claim that the museum's design will be completed this year as QAM aims to bring science, technology, and automobiles together. They hope to advance culture and inspire the next generation of innovators, designers, engineers, collectors, and policymakers through a shared passion for automobiles.
