Mall of Qatar proudly presents National Sports Week 2026, a week-long celebration of movement, fun, and family-friendly challenges.

From February 6 to February 14, 2026, visitors of all ages are invited to participate in the MOQ Sports Week—an exciting interactive adventure, taking place all over the mall, that turns every move, scan, and purchase into points and rewards.

Whether you’re walking around the mall, completing challenges, or shopping your favorite brands, every move counts.

How to Participate:

1. Get your Champion’s Passport: Collect your MOQ Sports Week Passport from any of the three Customer Service Desks. Then, take part in the challenges around the mall and get stamps for each completed one. Each day has a different sticker color—the more days you participate, the higher your chances of winning!

2. Scan QR codes to collect points: Visit the Customer Service Desk at the Main Entrance to scan the QR code, where you can register and track your points. You will earn points by moving around the mall and scanning codes at checkpoints. Check the live leaderboard on the Oasis screens to see if you’re among the top 10 participants. (Points collected through the link are separate from the stamps on your passport).

3- On February 14, drop your Champion’s Passport in the collection box at the Customer Service Desk at the Main Entrance and find out the following week if you’re a real fitness champion.

Move and Scan

Collect points as you move around the mall:

- Nearby (Short Sprint): 25 pts

- One Section (Point-to-Point): 100 pts

- Full Mall (The Arena): 250 pts

Tip: Don't skip a stop! Skipping breaks your point streak.

Activities & Challenges

1. MOQ Arena Challenge: Scan the QR code at the Main Entrance desk, walk around the mall, find all checkpoints, scan QR codes, and earn points. Follow the live leaderboard on the Oasis screens and compete to be among the top 10 performers.

2. Snap & Post: Find the MOQ Sports Week social mirrors, take a selfie, post it on social media tagging @mallofqatar and using #MOQSportsWeek #MOQActiveLife, and receive a stamp for each post.

3. Little Big Champions: Head to the Food Court (1st floor) and challenge your mum or dad in the fun Jump & Go game. The games will include Tic-Tac-Toe, cornhole, Header Challenge, Baton Drop, Subsoccer, and Goal Wall.

4. Stretch the Morning: Join the daily 9:00 AM stretching class at Lululemon, get a stamp for each class, and enjoy an instant voucher.

5. SAC Vital Check: Visit SAC Polyclinic for a quick vital assessment and get your stamp.

6. Lazy Hours: Shop between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM and receive 2 stamps for every QAR 200 spent. Visit the nearest checkpoint to collect your stamps.

7. Thursday Heels Fever: On Thursday at 6:00 PM, join the most exciting high-heels run from the Main Entrance (near Valentino) to the Oasis stage. Complete the run to earn 3 stamps.

8. Daily Fitness Challenges: Join quick fitness challenges every day in front of participating stores and earn 1 stamp per challenge as per the following schedule:

3:30 PM: Adidas | Plank – 1 min

4:00 PM: Tombolini| Squats – 50

4:20 PM: Fratelli Rossetti| Burpees – 10

4:40 PM: Lancel| Bag lifting – 1 min

5:00 PM: Iceberg| Jumping jacks – 50

5:20 PM: Pal Zileri|Lunges – 25 per leg

5:40 PM: Philipp Plein| Sumo squat – 1 min

6:00 PM: Plein Sports| Plank – 1 min

6:20 PM: Sports Corner| Squats – 50

6:40 PM: Carrefour| Burpees – 10

7:00 PM: Decathlon| Bag lifting – 1 min

7:30 PM: Doucals| Plank – 1 min

9. Anytime Fitness: Enjoy 1-hr free class every day at 4:00 PM during the Sports Week and get 1 stamp per class attended.

You can enjoy the daily classes for ladies at 4:00pm from the 7th-13th of February, excepting Sports Day. The schedule for ladies will be as follows:

- Saturday 7th Feb: Lift & Shred

- Sunday 8th Feb: Glutes & Abs

- Monday 9th Feb.: Strong Nation

Tuesday 10th Feb.: SPORTS DAY MARATHON

Wednesday 12th Feb.: Body Toning

Thursday 13th Feb.: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

For the Sports Day itself, you can enjoy an open day for everyone and a Marathon of classes in the ladies gym as follows:

- 2:00-3:00 PM: Strong Nation by Kimmy | Pound by Richelle

- 3:10-4:10 PM: Spinning by Molka | Iron Core by Nour

- 4:20-5:20 PM: Cardio Step by Hajer|Cardio Mix by Sahar

- 5:20-6:00 PM: Mobistretch by Cheng

- All Day: Club Challenge- Wall of Fame (Wall sit challenge)

The Fitness Challenge in the men's gym for non-members will be everyday between 2-5pm and all day during Sports Day, as follows:

1. Rowing (20 calories)

2. Slam Ball (10 reps)

3. Box Jump (8 reps)

4. Tire Flip (6 reps)

10. Daily Color Bonus: Visit Mall of Qatar every day during Sports Week and collect stamps for each challenge you complete. If you have 9 different colored stamps by February 14, you'll get 3 bonus stamps for your daily participation.

Amazing Rewards:

- Champion’s Passport (Physically stamped): The top 5 participants with the most stamps will each receive a QAR 500 Mall of Qatar gift card and a gift bag. In the event of a tie, final rankings will be determined by prioritizing participants with the highest cumulative scores on the leaderboard.

- Leaderboard (Digital points): The 10 most active participants to the MOQ ARENA Challenge will win Mall of Qatar gift cards worth QAR 500 each and a gift bag.

Collection of Prizes:

The winners will be contacted by Customer Service by February 20th and will be able to collect their prizes at the Management Office of the Mall.
