Over the last two days, Qatar received scattered rainfall across the country and it is expected to continue today, according to the Qatar Metrological Department.

One should expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies and a lot more scattered rainfall, reported The Peninsula.

The weekend is expected to be chilly and wet, with the temperature dropping to as low as 15 degree celsius in the southern areas, reported Qatar Tribune.

From tonight until Friday morning, rainfall is expected to intensify and gradually spread to all parts of the country.

Strong Northwesterly wind is expected to begin on Friday causing high waves. Marine warnings are likely to continue until Wednesday, November 29.
