Starting June 9, France will be allowing fully vaccinated travelers from Qatar with a valid visa to enter without quarantine upon arrival.
The "reopening of the French borders" is in light of the improvement of the situation in both France and Qatar, the French embassy tweeted on Sunday.
Under 'Advice for Travel to France', the French embassy added, "As of 9 June, Qatari or third-country travelers from Qatar, if they already have a fully valid visa and are otherwise fully vaccinated, may re-enter France without quarantine upon arrival."

Additionally, travelers will be required to present a "negative PCR test of less than 72 hours or a negative antigenic test of less than 48 hours" upon departure.
"For those who do not already have a fully valid visa, the embassy is working to reopen the visa service in the coming weeks, with no date at this stage," the embassy added.
