1. Arijit Singh Concert

Dates: 18th January

In addition to the exciting shopping experiences, Bollywood’s singing sensation Arijit Singh is going to grace the stage with his soulful performance on Friday, 18 January 2019. 

With more than 200 songs in just five years including his super hits like ‘Tum hi ho’ from Ashiqui 2 and ‘Channa Meriya’ from Ay Dil Hay Mushkil, Arijit Singh has enjoyed an immense fan following thanks to his soulful voice and unparalleled talent.

Tickets range from 100 to 2,500 QAR with VIP Box packages of 10,000 QAR (8 seats) and 12,000 QAR (11 seats).

2. Laha Premier 2019

Dates: 9th January to 5th February

Timings: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm

Where: Doha Festival City

Entry: Entry is free for all

Currently in its 7th Edition, Laha Premier is a Business to Consumer (B2C) exhibition that invites premium brands to showcase their latest collections of fashion accessories, jewelries, watches and perfumes.

3. MIA Park Bazaar 2019

Due to bad weather conditions, the Bazaar is postponed.

Dates: 18th January to 13th April 

Timings: Fridays (2pm – 8pm) and Saturdays (12pm – 8pm)

Where: MIA Park

Entry:  Entry is free for all

The MIA Park Bazaar is back!

This year, MIA Bazaar will be having a vibrant mix of 350 stalls and new ones will constantly pop up. MIA Park Bazaar is a modern version of the old souq tradition.

The stalls are going to offer a wide range of gastronomies from all over the world.

You can also browse and grab handcrafted artifacts, accessories, canvases, fashion wears, designer ornaments. If you’re looking for significant or customized presents for your precious ones, the bazaar offers a huge range of products for all the age groups. 

4. Doha Festival at Entertainment World Village

Dates: Until 19th January 2019

Timings: 07:00 pm - 01:00 am

Where: Entertainment World Village, Doha, Qatar

At Entertainment World Village's Doha Festival, enjoy thrilling rides in the amusement park from Freij World, explore international pavilions, and witness the magic of the circus and the awesome Jurassic Park.

If you're feeling hungry, stop by one of the restaurants on the beach and enjoy some mouthwatering cuisine.

5. Bazzi and Boyce Avenue

Dates: 17th January

All the American pop/rock fans, here is a great news for you!

Two international sensations Bazzi and Boyce Avenue will be performing live in Doha during the Shop Qatar festival on Thursday, 17 January from 7:00 – 11:00 pm.

Nominated for MTV Video Music Awards’ Best New Artist, Bazzi is one of 2018’s breakout stars with hit singles such as ‘Beautiful’ and ‘Mine.’

Along with Boyce Avenue’s familiar acoustic sound that has gained them over 4 billion views on YouTube and more than 12 million subscribers.

6. Mahaseel Festival

Dates: 1st January to 31st March

Timings: 09:00 am - 10:00 pm

Where: Katara's Southern Area

Entry:  Entry is free for all

The third edition of the Mahaseel shopping festival takes place every Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

The market features Qatari farms selling various types of fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers and ornamental plants and local companies offering food products related to livestock, in addition to natural honey produced by Qatari farms and the best varieties of local dates.

They are also conducting workshops on plantation and flowers arrangement, in addition to some essential agricultural knowledge.

 The Color Run presented by Sahtak Awalan: Your Health First (2019 Edition)

Dates: 26th  January 2019

Timings: 08:00 am - 01:00 pm

In addition to the events happening this weekend, The Color Run, the biggest event of the month is going to take place on Saturday, 26th January 2019.

The fifth edition of the 5k brings with it the new Hero Tour theme and encourages all Color Runners to unleash their inner super hero!
