Katara International Arabian Horse Festival

Katara’s Cultural Village Foundation has opened the registrations for the second edition of the Arabian Horse Festival. The three categories are Arabian Peninsula Horse Show, Arabian Horse Auction, and the Title Show.

The Arabian Peninsula Horse Show will be judged by a panel of 11 judges who will score the horses based on their type, neck, head, body, topline, legs, and movement. Any Egyptian horse registered in the World Arabian Horse Organization (WAHO) recognized studbook is eligible to participate. This program is to be held from February 3 to February 5, 2022. 

The second program—The Katara purebred Arabian horses Qualifier auction is to be held on February 7, 2022, with a grand total prize pool of QAR 16,850,000.
