Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) announced that the competent authorities arrested 14 people today who violated the requirements of home quarantine.
In a statement to this effect, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) stated that the violating persons are being referred to the competent prosecution.

The concerned authorities called upon the citizens and residents who were subjected to domestic quarantine to strictly adhere to the conditions specified by the Ministry to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
The statement of the MoPH confirmed that everyone who violates these conditions will expose themselves to the penalties stipulated in accordance with the provisions of Article (253) of the Penal Code No. (11) of 2004 AD, and the provisions of Law No. (17) of 1990 regarding the prevention of infectious diseases, and Law No. (17) for the year 2002 on protecting society.
The arrest and naming of the 14 individuals, who are all Qatari citizens, reinforces the importance of adhering to the authorities' directives concerning measures implemented for the benefit of all nationals and residents within Qatar during this significant period.
Yesterday, the Ministry of Interior (MOI) today announced the launch of a dedicated hotline for complaints regarding quarantine.
In a tweet on its official Twitter page, MOI said the hotline 44579999 can be used by citizens and residents "to submit queries and complaints about quarantine (hotels - homes), and to report cases of non-compliance with health and security guidelines for the prevention of COVID-19."
