2026 Local Dates Purchasing Season Runs Until September 17
The Ministry of Municipality, represented by the Agricultural Affairs Department, has announced the launch of the 2026 Local Dates Purchasing Season, which will continue until September 17, 2026.
The initiative reflects the Ministry's commitment to supporting local farmers and promoting national date production.
It also forms part of ongoing efforts to enhance food security by encouraging and supporting local agricultural output in Qatar.
