One of the most popular parks in Qatar, Al Bidda Park, will start charging a rental fee from those wishing to use its barbecue facility, starting September 1.
According to a "notice to the public" posted at the site, a fee of QR50 will be charged to visitors for four hours of use of the barbecue facility.
The park has specified four slots for booking: 6 am to 10 am, 11 am to 3 pm, 4 pm to 8 pm, and 9 pm until closing time.

The notice adds that visitors who wish to book any of the slots will be required to make payments through debit or credit cards as the management will "strictly" not accept cash.
Once payment has been made, visitors will have to present their payment invoice to security at the park upon arrival to be allowed to use the BBQ facility.
For more information on booking procedures, visitors can call 44287709 (for the Al Bidda and Al Rumailah areas) and 44287777 for the Wadi Al Sail area.
