Al Harith, owned and bred by Al Wasmiya Racing, won the Group 2 French Challenge for Purebred Arabians, a race for three-year-old male purebred Arabians, held on Friday, at the Lateste racecourse in France.
Al Harith won the race by two lengths, under the supervision of trainer Francois Roux and ridden by jockey Maxime Guyon.
Khaddah, owned by Wathnan Racing, under the supervision of trainer François Roux and ridden by jockey Mickael Barzalona, finished second.

Sabaan Al Shahaniya, owned by Sheikha Iman bint Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Thani, came in third, a further four and a half lengths behind. He was ridden by jockey Christian Demeureux and trained by trainer Francois Roux, who was present with the top three finishers.
Five colts participated in the French Challenge, and Al Harith succeeded in making up for his third-place finish in the Group 3 Monjez Prize last month, achieving a major accomplishment while still at the beginning of his career.
