Started in 2006, MES Alumni Association (MESAA) is a group of ex-students of MES Indian School, one of the oldest and largest Indian school in Qatar. To re-ignite relationships, reconnect and bring back memories, MESAA is organizing the football tournament “Azym technologies Presents MESF Football Tournament 2020” powered by Spirit Events for their ex-students.

The tournament will feature 16 teams and will take place every Thursday, Friday and Saturday for five weeks from 22nd October 2020. Moreover, the tournament will take place at MES Indian School Ground. Although visitors are not allowed for this year's tournament, you can watch the previous and upcoming games on https://mesalumni.org/

The title sponsor of the Football Tournament is Azym Technologies. The gold sponsors are Al Muftah RAC, Family Food Centre, Black Olive Restaurant, Speed Line Printing Press and Total. Moreover, the silver sponsors are Parker Russell, Berries N More, MP Traders, G-MAX Hypermarket, Al Ansari Transport and Enterprises, Aster Medical Center, Rayyan Water and Talabat. Furthermore, the Support sponsors are Roadway Express, Al Raza Photography, Juego Football, Jazp.com and Apple Red Advertising.

Last year’s tournament featured over 12 teams, all consisting of ex-students and witnessed Zero Gravity as the champion of the tournament. Led by Mahroof Al Haq, the 2019 Tournament Committee consisted of Muksith Thangal, Abdulla Mohammed, Faheem Al Haq, Niaz Mohammad, Mohammed Nabeel, Sunil K Suresh, Suhail M Sheriff, Abdul Rauf, Waseem Ansar & Ashfaq Nassir.

Along with the hardworking tournament committee, the MESAA Management Committee had played a key role in reviving the MES Alumni through this tournament. The committee comprises of Ziad Usman, President; Akbar Ali, Vice President; Nihad Ali, General Secretary; Mahroof Al Haq, Joint Secretary Sports; Sajid Ettol, Joint Secretary Events; Narayani S Kumar, Joint Secretary Corporate Relations; Amanat Solanki, Joint Secretary Marketing; Nermim Ummerkoya Joint Secretary Member Relations and the other coordinators.
