They are offering small tips towards living healthy lifestyle. You can just make small changes in your every day routine to be healthy.
One of the events they are organizing to help people introducing the small changes that can be happen to help them be healthy inside and out is “stop soda’ events.
They are challenging people to stop soda for one week by providing them with the information about the side effects of soda on the human body and how stopping soda can have great effects on them.

Studies have shown that its consumption is linked with tooth decay and diabetes, and it also seems to be bad for your bones.
They are also introducing the substitutes for soda and give them other healthy options. such as milk that have nutrients necessary for healthy bones.
