Doha will host the 2026 Arab Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education Forum on October 7 and 8 at Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel.
Qatar will be represented in hosting the forum by the National Committee for Qualifications and Academic Accreditation, with broad participation expected from academics, researchers, experts and professionals interested in higher education and quality assurance from across the Arab world.
The committee has also announced the launch of the forum’s official website, anqahe2026-doha.org, which provides access to registration and information about the event.
Researchers and professionals working in higher education have been invited to register and participate in the two-day programme, which will feature academic sessions and specialised discussions covering issues related to higher education and quality assurance.
The forum will also provide a platform for cooperation and the exchange of expertise between higher education institutions and quality assurance bodies across the Arab world.
According to the committee, hosting the forum reflects continued efforts to strengthen the quality of higher education, develop the academic accreditation system and support the exchange of knowledge and expertise, while keeping pace with global developments and trends in the sector.
