Nine horse-and-rider combinations advanced to the deciding jump-off in the feature CSI5* 1.60M Grand Prix. Brash and Hello Jefferson produced a flawless round and stopped the clock at 42.66sec to secure the title and the winner’s cheque of €97,500.

After his win, Brash praised his experienced horse. He described the 17-year-old gelding as an incredible horse who still feels young and thrives in Doha’s main arena.

Brash’s Grand Prix success capped an already strong day after he had earlier claimed the CSI3* 1.50M Grand Prix. Riding Hello Chadora Lady, he emerged victorious from a seven-horse jump-off, narrowly defeating Belgium’s Abdel Said on Wathnan Calvaro to collect €31,800.
