On November 28, one day before FC Barcelona celebrates its 125th anniversary, the Barça Legends will play the Real Madrid Leyendas at the Khalifa Stadium in Qatar.
The match, dubbed the ‘Legends El Clasico,’ will showcase a thrilling showdown between some of the best former players of the two legendary Spanish clubs.
The game, which will kick off at 7pm, is expected to be a full house. Tickets for the match will go on sale on October 10.

“The event will be a celebration of the rich history, passion, and rivalry that have defined these two clubs for decades. Legends of the past will once again take to the pitch, showcasing their timeless skills and reigniting the fierce competition that has thrilled millions over the years,” said a statement from the organisers.
The game in Doha will be the third such meeting between the two clubs. While Barcelona won the first game 3-2 in 2017, Real Madrid won the second by the same margin in 2021.
The Barca Legends programme was created in 2016 and is managed directly by the club. The idea is to bring together former stars in a stable project that contributes to the globalisation of the Barca name around the world.
