This week the Doha Marriott Hotel wrapped up a highly successful Global Customer Appreciation Week.
Global Customer Appreciation Week (GCAW) is an opportunity to highlight and reinforce relationships with existing customers and establish connections with new ones.
This week Doha Marriott showed their customers how much Marriott values their business and took the opportunity to appreciate them and their loyalty to our brands.
GCAW happens once every year with the participation of all Marriott properties around the world.
On November 2nd, the Doha Marriott invited their top accounts to an exclusive event in order to show their appreciation and gratitude for the business and loyalty of their patrons.
Additionally, hotels around the world give back to the community by hosting a ‘Spirit to Serve’ event.
This year the Doha Marriott partnered up with Qatar Living and visited the Qatar Animal Welfare Society ‘QAWS’ in order to spread awareness of the importance of animal rescue in Qatar as well as the fact that there is a place for all those animal lovers out there to volunteer on a daily bases to interact with the animals as well as contribute through donations.
Doha Marriott would like to thank Qatar Living as well as QAWS for being a part of this great cause and 'Spirit to Serve' event.
This week also consisted of Sales calls where Directors and Pro-Active Sales joined together to deliver gift bags and little treats which were all very happily received by their local accounts.
'GCAW' is a fantastic and fun way for Marriott to recognize the importance of building and maintaining a long term relationship with their valued clients and guests.
