At a press conference held this week, the college administration congratulated the graduates and their families for their accomplishments toward attaining the degree in law and police science.
This batch began their study program in the 2015-2016 academic year, according to Director-General of Police College Brigadier Dr. Muhammad Al Muhanna Al Marri.
Over the four-year program, the young cadres received rigorous scientific and practical training in the legal and police fields which comprised advanced specialized courses such as thunderbolt, skydiving, and diving, coupled with summer training in MOI departments.

The batch also took English courses at a British university as well as participated in a special program on qualifying security personnel for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The training has thoroughly prepared the young graduates to assume various positions within MOI’s different departments and other security and military agencies in Qatar.
Brigadier Dr. Al Marri underlined that the Police College is accelerating toward more progress as it continues to develop its academic and training programs.

The college aims to transform into a police academy by 2023, he said. It envisions offering a college for postgraduate studies and institutes for training, education and scientific research at the academy.
This year’s graduation ceremony witness a special performance by the graduates in addition to a traditional show and other presentations.
