In case you have not noticed yet, as soon as January starts, everyone has new resolutions and a full plan about how they will get their life better and healthier. Well, we decided to try that as well and visited the Doha Marriott Hotel to see what they are offering at The Spa and guess what? They found a way to make you follow your New Year’s resolutions.

Studies show that it is easier to break promises made to yourself than promises made to someone. With that in mind, at The Spa, they make sure that you actually share those objectives with someone else and reach them. How?

Well, it starts in the gym. Now, Coach Andrew and his team offer personal training that includes nutrition advice and personalized exercises according to your fitness condition. Starting from beginners to advanced bodybuilders, they have all the necessary experts to help you lose weight, gain muscle endurance or strength, you name it!

If you think that your friends would be a better motivation than a professional trainer, you can do it there too. Members have a free access to the tennis court and non-members can play for only QR 60 per hour so make it a double! Outdoor bootcamp has also started and is available twice a week for free for members and QR 40 per session for non-members.

With a view on the Doha skyline, this is probably the best spot to do those highly feared planks and push-ups of yours.
