In celebration of Eid Al Adha, the Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) will be hosting a variety of fun and virtual activities.

Moreover, Katara had surprised its visitors yesterday with a fantastic firework show, filling the atmosphere with colors, lighting, and music.

Katara will be hosting its ‘Eid congratulations’ competition over the next three days. Participants will be required to write Eid congratulations in either Arabic or English under its Instagram post, with one winner being picked daily.

There is also a competition for the most beautiful Eid clothing for youngsters under the age of 13, also running for the next three days.

Each participant is required to submit one photo. The image or video must be of excellent quality. The deadline for sending images is tomorrow at midnight. For this competition, sixteen winners will be chosen.

Katara has announced that its beach is now open to visitors from 3 pm to 10 pm, with swimming being allowed until sunset.

A wide range of complimentary water games for children is being offered in addition to the existing water games.

The newly opened floating café will be open to visitors who have booked in advance until 11 pm on Eid days.

Tasty Street, Katara's newest culinary attraction, also has some of the city's most well-known restaurants and cafes, all of which serve wonderful meals to its visitors.

Katara is eager to deliver all of these activities while adhering to all of the precautionary precautions outlined by the relevant authorities in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
