La Mar Doha, renowned as the quintessential destination for Peruvian cuisine in Qatar, is commemorating its 5th anniversary with a culinary journey through the diverse landscapes of Peru. Executive Chef Frank Ponce has curated a special anniversary menu featuring regional specialties from Costa (Coast), Sierra (Mountains), and Selva (Jungle).

Guests are invited to indulge in a variety of specialties, including the exquisite Tiradito Costeño, a dish highlighted by a unique beetroot leche de tigre. The menu also showcases the Asado & Quinoto, featuring slow-cooked Wagyu beef and black & white quinoa from the Andes, and the Causita Frita Coctel, presenting deep-fried aji Amarillo causa and shrimp sourced from the jungle rivers. To conclude the culinary journey, Crema Volteada offers a sweet homage to the coastal regions with Spanish influences.

Complementing the gastronomic adventure are exclusive handcrafted beverages by beverage manager Abanoub Samir, available exclusively for the evening. Guests can experience the Kori Sour from the mountains, a refreshing citrus twist on the traditional Pisco Sour featuring golden berries; the El Costeño from the coast, showcasing the delightful flavor of the Peruvian native Kent mango; or savor the De La Selva from the jungles, a blend of coffee-infused Pisco and rich cacao chocolate.

As the evening unfolds, guests will be treated to a live band and a traditional folklore show, providing a captivating taste of Peruvian culture to accompany the delectable feast.
