McDonald’s Qatar expresses gratitude to all their crew members for their unwavering loyalty and efforts in delivering feel-good moments.  

Every day, every little thing McDonald’s does is a wholehearted effort to take care of their people - customers and their employees, living up to their founder, Ray Kroc’s message,  “McDonald’s is a people business”. Each smile, each burst of laughter and happiness that the McDonald’s crew continues to put on their customer’s faces, deserves a special bow of gratitude. To applaud this loyalty and tireless efforts, McDonald’s has dedicated an entire day aptly named, Employee Appreciation Day as a thank you to their crew and staff. 

This year, on the 27th of October, the McDonald’s Qatar head office team joined hands with their restaurant workforce to serve customers with their favorite food at several branches. 

A special moment that sees the whole team come together to do what they do best - deliver delicious feel-good moments. Wearing unified t-shirts that proudly announce their appreciation, is a reassuring act of support that showcases the team’s gratitude for the crew.  

To add an even more cheerful note to the celebration, if you happened to be at one of the  McDonald’s branches, probably heard a loud round of applause echoing through the restaurants and through Qatar. Labeled ‘The Clapping Hour’, all employees put their hands together to clap for each other, themselves, everything they are, and everything they do throughout the year to encourage the McDonald’s legacy.  

To complete the celebration, McDonald’s will be awarding their crew and staff with some exciting gifts! As an additional layer of love, directly from Mr. Mithqual Abu-Nasser, the  General Manager of McDonald’s Qatar, all crew members and staff over the nation have received a personalized letter of appreciation for all their dedication to the company and its values.
