The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) had recently announced that hotel quarantine will be mandatory for those returning alone without their exempted relatives who were with them when departing from Qatar.
As a result, these individuals will be required to make the necessary hotel reservations prior to traveling back to the State of Qatar.
Moreover, MoPH has also released information on certain conditions that have to be met in order to be exempted from hotel quarantine and undergo home quarantine.

This includes persons of ages 65 and above, breastfeeding mothers caring for children up to the age of 5 years, children with disabilities and their mothers, and young people aged 18 and below who are traveling without the company of their parents/guardian.
Earlier, MoPH highlighted that arrivals from the UK, South Africa, Netherlands and Denmark are not eligible for hotel quarantine exemptions based on age and health conditions.
