The Doha Metro and Lusail Tram service, which saw 18.2 million people use it during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, has become a part of people’s lives in the country.

With thousands of people using it daily to commute to work and other places, it’s services have picked up exponentially.

Starting Monday, April 24, the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram will begin working according to new timings.

According to the new hours, the Metro and Tram will be available from 5.30 am to 11.59 pm from Sundays to Wednesdays. On Thursdays, the trains will run from 5.30 am till 1.00 am.

On Fridays, the services will operate from 2.00 pm to 1.00 am while on Saturdays, it will run from 6.00 am to 11.59 pm. 

At present, the services are following Ramadan working hours — 6.30 am to 1.00 am on weekdays and from 2.00 pm to 1.00 am on Fridays.
