Qatar has successfully reached the final phase of its gradual lifting of the COVID-19 restrictions plan.

Phase 4 has been split into two as announced by the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management on August 26, 2020.

The first stage commenced on September 1, 2020, with the resumption of several activities and services in line with the necessary precautionary and preventive measures to protect everyone against COVID-19.

Today, the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) announced that the online enrolment of adult education students in homeschooling and the parallel track will start from September 8 to October 8 via the Public Service Portal.

This will be available for the primary, preparatory and secondary stages in all public schools.

The Ministry directed all schools to contact the enrolled students and approve their online enrolment after ensuring that all required documents are submitted.

Certificates of registration will be issued and sent to students. Both parallel track and homeschooling students will need to fill and sign the relevant registration forms and undertakings.

The Ministry also stresses the need to provide textbooks to all students immediately after the enrolment is completed.

To learn more about the enrolment conditions, required documents, and other relevant information, please see the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) or visit the Adult Education page on the Ministry's official website.
