Parisian-inspired mall Place Vendome, located in Lusail City, will set new retail standards in Qatar when they implement longer operating hours, starting today.

Visitors can now enjoy late-night and after-work shopping without clock-watching, with the mal remaining open for an additional hour — from 10am to 11pm on Sundays to Wednesdays and from 10am to 12 midnight on Thursdays to Saturdays.

The new hours will apply to the mall’s popular entertainment attractions as well. It will allow families to enjoy more fun even on weekdays, alongside dinner and shopping at their leisure with their loved ones.

Diners at Place Vendome’s many enticing restaurants and cafes will also be able to linger longer and enjoy stress-free dining from 9 am to 12 midnight on Sundays to Wednesdays, and from 9am to 1am on Thursdays to Saturdays.

A first occurrence in the local market, the longer working hours is being implemented due to popular demand. Shoppers will now have access to the mall’s 450 stores for longer hours, offering products ranging from luxury designer labels to the most popular affordable brands. 

“We see ourselves as ahead of the curve by extending our opening hours as it’ll offer our visitors more time to enjoy our magnificent mall in every way. As trendsetters for retail in Qatar, we want to offer our visitors the most convenient way to experience the mall whatever their interests and whenever they plan to do.  The longer opening hours will also help support our tenants with an expected upsurge in business,” said Place Vendome’s Mall Manager Carole Sabbagha.
