Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani held a phone call with Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs HH Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud on Sunday.
The two sides reviewed bilateral cooperation, and discussed regional developments — particularly those related to the ceasefire between USA and Iran and de-escalation efforts to support the region’s security and stability.
HE Sheikh Mohammed urged all parties to support mediation efforts, address the root causes through dialogue, and reach a lasting agreement that prevents further escalation.
