The Qatar Cup 2026 schedule has been announced, setting up semifinal clashes between Al Sadd and Al Gharafa, and Al Shamal and Al Rayyan on September 1.

The Qatar Stars League confirmed that the rescheduled tournament will feature the four clubs that finished at the top of the 2025–26 Doha Bank Stars League standings.

Qatar Cup 2026 semifinal schedule

The two semifinals will both be played on September 1, 2026.

Al Sadd vs Al Gharafa will take place at Khalifa International Stadium, while Al Shamal vs Al Rayyan will be played at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.

The fixtures bring together four of Qatar’s leading clubs in knockout matches for places in the tournament final.

When is the Qatar Cup 2026 final?

The winners of the two semifinals will meet in the Qatar Cup final on December 11, 2026, at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.

The tournament had previously been announced as part of the 2025–26 season before being rescheduled to its current dates.

What happens if a match ends in a draw?

There will be no additional knockout stage between regulation time and a shootout.

Under the tournament regulations, any match that remains level at the end of regulation time will be decided directly by penalty kicks.

With Al Sadd, Al Gharafa, Al Shamal and Al Rayyan all competing, the September semifinals will determine which two clubs return to Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in December with the Qatar Cup 2026 title on the line.
