Qetaifan Projects, the real estate company developing Qetaifan Island North, is all set to showcase its development plans at the country’s leading real estate and property event, Cityscape Qatar 2021.

Returning with its ninth edition, Cityscape Qatar 2021 will be held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from Sunday, October 17 to Tuesday, October 19.

Qetaifan Projects welcomes visitors to drop by its booth (A20) at the prestigious event.

Qatar Living is the official online partner for Cityscape Qatar 2021, whereas Qatar Living Properties is the property partner for this major event.

Held under the patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Cityscape Qatar will provide an overview of the country’s current real estate market and serve as the premier meeting place for serious regional and worldwide real estate investors and professionals looking to transact business and develop long-term business relationships.

Qetaifan Projects, established in October 2017 and owned by Katara Hospitality, will share highlights and updates on its first and main development Qetaifan Island North at CityScape Qatar 2021.

Qetaifan Island North is being developed to be the leading touristic destination and the first choice for tourists as the first entertainment destination overlooking the waterfront of the State of Qatar.

The project's masterplan includes residential and commercial real estate, a luxury 5-star hotel, a beach club, and a state-of-the-art waterpark under the management of the international chain of Rixos hotels, in addition to retail and festival plazas.

Earlier this month, Qetaifan Projects signed an MoU and partnered with Fenton Whelan and Aplomado Investments Ltd for the development of a British 5-star healthcare facility and an adjoining British private school worth QAR 634 million on Qetaifan Island North.

The island is considered a one-of-a-kind development due to its diverse projects, which include a linear park that runs the length of the island and is connected to the sea by a 1.2-kilometer salt canal.

Visit the company's booth at CityScape Qatar 2021 to know more about how it seeks to build cities of sustainable and intelligent infrastructure to support Qatar’s long-term economic vision.
