The Week 5 action of 2019-20 QNB Stars League witnessed plenty of thrill and excitement. All games were played at the Al Arabi and Al Gharafa Stadiums.

Umm Salal – 2, Al Wakrah – 1 at Al Arabi Stadium
Umm Salal and Al Wakrah opened the Week 5 action. Yannick Sagbo netted both goals for Umm Salal in their 2-1 victory over Al Wakrah.
28 September 2019
Al Shahania – 0, Al Duhail – 1 at Al Arabi Stadium
Al Duhail continued their unbeaten run with a testing 1-0 victory against Al Shahania.
Al Ahli – 1, Al Rayyan – 3 at Al Gharafa Stadium
Abdelaziz scored in the 88th minute and 90+3 minutes. Yacine Brahimi was Al Rayyan’s other scorer (90+5).
Abdulrasheed Ibrahim scored Al Ahli’s goal in the 58th minute.
Al Gharafa – 1, Al Sailiya – 3 at Al Gharafa Stadium
Al Sailiya scored a convincing 3-1 win over Al Gharafa
Qatar SC – 2, Al Khor – 1 at Al Arabi Stadium
Qatar SC marched to a 2-1 victory against Al Khor.
The fixtures for Round 6 are Al Duhail vs Al Sailiya (5:40 pm at Al Duhail Stadium) and Al Wakrah vs Al Gharafa (7:50 pm at Al Wakrah Stadium) on October 3, 2019.
Al Shahania vs Umm Salal (5:40 pm at Al Arabi Stadium) and Al Khor vs Al Arabi (7:50 pm at Al Khor Stadium) on October 4, 2019.
Al Sadd vs Al Rayyan (5:40 pm, Al Sadd Stadium) and Qatar SC vs Al Ahli (7:50 pm at Al Ahli Stadium) on September 28, 2019.
