Retaj Hotels & Hospitality which is one of the largest tourism investment groups within Qatar and Gulf Countries has opened their second hotel in Turkey in Yalova. Qatar Royal Family and top executive members of Retaj Group have attended to grand opening of Retaj Thermal Hotel & Spa that is the first and only international hotel of Yalova. Retaj Thermal Hotel & SPA will be run by cooperation agreement signed with Hisar Karadağ Group. Retaj Thermal Hotel & SPA is the first tourism investment of Hisar Karadağ Group.

Retaj Thermal Hotel & SPA is located in Termal District of Yalova has a very deep histrory dated back to 2000 B.C. The facility has 1.000 metersquare SPA and Health Center, 88 guest rooms, Outdoor Thermal Pool, Children Playground, 2 multi-functional conference hall. Retaj Thermal Hotel & SPA offers a thermal holiday for both spiritual and physical relaxation.

It was scientifically proved that curative hot springs sourcing from 2200 meters depth in Retaj Thermal Hotel & SPA has healing effect on many diseases such as rheumatism, metabolic diseases, digestive system diseases, liver and gall bladder diseases, skin diseases, hair, kidney and urinary tract diseases.

Retaj Hotels & Hospitality Chairman of Board Mohammed Bin Johar Al Mohammed has made a speech in the opening ceremony. He expressed that they are always quite happy to have an investment in Turkey. Mohammed Bin Johar Al Mohammed also stated that developments in tourism and construction sector have not only impact on Turkey but also entire gulf region; he continued, “What makes us different than the others is our hospitality approach.  Embracing the whole world, we offer principled service concept to our guests. Our hotel was equipped and furnished in accordance with our guests having sensitiveness in their social lives. We will serve both for business and holiday purpose hospitality.”

Retaj Hotels & Hospitality Acting CEO Medhat Nouby also held the floor during the ceremony; he emphasized that they are aware of the importance of Turkish economy among the surrounding countries; he said that “We aim at growing in Turkey. We give utmost care for franchise agreements such as the agreement that we made today with Hisar Karadağ Group.”

Hisar Karadağ Group has taken a step into hospitality sector by signing the cooperation agreement with Retaj Hotels & Hospitality.  Hisar Karadağ Group Chairman of Board Ahmed Hamdi Sülükoğlu said that “Today is one of the most historic moments for Hisar Karadağ. We have reached to a very significant milestone throughout our business journey which began in 2004. We had completed many valuable and liveable housing projects thanks to our reputable experience that we gained over the years in construction sector. Today, we carry our competency in construction sector to tourism sector.”

Ahmet Hamdi Sülükoğlu has also mentioned that they have implemented many housing projects in Turkey and abroad. He said that on the other hand Retaj Thermal Hotel is their first investment in tourism field, then he continued as the following:

Hisar Karadağ Group and Retaj Group signed a franchise contract which will be an example in its field to Turkey. Thanks to this contract, the first international chain hotel of Yalova and also the close region has emerged. Hisar Karadağ Group whose motto is “constructing up happiness with love” will host its guests with love and improve its power in the tourism sector day by day.”
