For the first time, the International Coffee Expo, a one-of-a-kind exhibit will be held in Doha.

Under the patronage of H.E. Sheikha Al-Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, the "My Coffee, My Identitiy" will take place from 05 to 09 November at the Katara Cultural Village.

A major highlight of the expo will be the Qatar Barista Championship, where the best barista in the country will be crowned.

Each barista must prepare one espresso, one cappuccino, and one cocktail drink.

Candidates will have to bring their own special ingredients/toppings for the cocktail drink.

The winner will receive a trip to Italy offered by Simonelli for an advanced Barista Training in addition to other attested certificates.
