F45 Training - The Pearl and Qatar Living have teamed up to give you guys an opportunity of your lifetime. If you're really interested in getting your fitness levels up, you should definitely participate in this unique competition.

Over the next three weeks, look out for the F45 & QL branded bike at The Pearl Qatar. You should be able to spot it in La Croisette 25, where the F45 Training studio is located.

All you have to do is snap a picture of yourself with the bike when you spot it. Here are a few suggestions to be creative with your pictures:

a. Make 4-5 hand sign OR Q + L hand sign
b. Do your best flex in front of the bike
c. Or simply sit on the bike and snap your best picture

You could win a free 2 week membership to F45 by doing any of the above gestures.
