TAAMEER Group launches “TAAMEER CONNECT” to strengthen dialogue and develop insights closer to the real estate market

TAAMEER Real Estate Projects Group has launched “TAAMEER CONNECT”, a dialogue platform bringing together a select group of real estate professionals, brokers, and industry partners. The initiative aims to strengthen direct engagement with the market and gather expertise and insights that can contribute to developing projects more closely aligned with client needs and investor expectations.

The first session featured an open discussion on current market dynamics, buyer and investor trends, the key factors influencing purchasing decisions, as well as the opportunities and challenges shaping the sector.

Participants also discussed a number of the Group’s projects and shared insights and feedback based on their direct interaction with clients, covering the real estate product, design, location, pricing, payment plans, services, and the overall client experience.

The initiative reflects TAAMEER’s philosophy that project development begins not only with design and construction, but also with understanding the market, listening to clients, and transforming knowledge and experience into better and more sustainable real estate products.

As an extension of this approach, the Group is preparing to launch “TAAMEER ACADEMY”, with the aim of advancing professional knowledge and skills across the sector through specialized training programs designed to enhance the capabilities of professionals working in real estate, sales, customer service, and development.

TAAMEER CONNECT sessions are set to continue in the coming period, bringing together experts, specialists, and partners from across the sector. Alongside TAAMEER ACADEMY, the initiative will form an integrated platform for dialogue, knowledge, and development, supporting the Group’s vision of creating sustainable value in real estate.
