The exhibition is presented by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. 

The University Expo Qatar is a two-day exhibition for students aged 16 and above, as well as their parents; school counselors; principals and career advisors. It allows one to explore a wide range of academic and career opportunities from more than 100 universities from more than 15 countries.

With inspirational talks, seminars, opportunities to discuss education and career choices with local and international universities and higher education institutions, this event will be an experience like no other.

2. Local Dates Exhibition

Dates: October 16-26, 2019

Time: 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Where: Souq Wakif

Entry: Entry is free for all

The festival will feature some of the finest dates such as Al Khalas, Al Shichi, and Al Khunaizi.

This year’s festival will see the participation of an increased number of local farms in contrast to previous years.

The success of the festival is reflected in the volume of sales. In the 2018 edition, 205, 185kgs of dates worth QR1.7 million were sold while the number of visitors was 54,000. Visitors will be able to purchase dates and learn about the different varieties produced locally.

3. Gifts and homeware festival

Dates: October 15 to November 15, 2019

Where: Doha Festival City

Doha Festival City is celebrating homeware, furniture, and home accessories.

The ongoing festival is offering widest collections with special prizes, giveaways, and vouchers from the Magic Buzz Box VR game exclusively for Festival City shoppers.

5. Neuroland
