United Development Company (UDC) has unveiled Perlita Gardens, a new residential development featuring 150 standalone luxury villas at The Pearl Island, during the opening day of Cityscape Qatar 2026 on 27 October.

Designed to offer a more private and exclusive residential experience, the development combines Mediterranean-inspired architecture with contemporary elegance, introducing a new option for spacious family living at one of Qatar's most prominent residential destinations.
