The Westin Doha Hotel and Spa has recently announced the appointment of Ilkin Imanov as General Manager. Ilkin brings more than 20 years of international brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, and Wyndham in Corporate role looking after 62 hotels in Central and East Europe.

He graduated from Azerbaijan State Languages University in 1998 – 2002. He won several awards such as the Award of Excellence for Delivering Guest Experience, and among Marriott Hotels & Resorts. 2015 in DC Washington.

With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry in various fields including Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, New Hotel Openings, and Owner Relations, Ilkin is a strong operator who understands guests from different markets and anticipates the needs of exemplary service delivery well.
